Services
We provide an Internet
accessible database of Florida properties that are in the initial
stages of the foreclosure process (Lis Pendens stage) and provide
listings of future Sales of foreclosed properties in Florida. We
gather information from various public record resources and continuously
update the foreclosure information in our database to provide subscribers
with the most current foreclosures available. Subscribers receive
unlimited Internet access to the listings 24 hours a day, 7 days
a week, with the exception of the periods beyond our control, as
specified in the
Terms and Conditions section. We currently provide Lis Pendens
and Sales foreclosure listings in Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola,
Polk, Seminole, and Volusia counties with more counties becoming available in the
near future.

Pricing Plans
Subscriptions are for 1, 2 or 3 weeks,
1 month, 3 month, 6 month, or 12-month periods with price discounts
for subscriptions of two or more Lis Pendens or Sales and/or longer
subscription periods. Pricing, including discounts are the same
for Lis Pendens and Sales and are sold separately. Pricing plans
are for single users only. If multiple access is needed, please
give us a call or e-mail us for pricing. We currently offer
subscriptions
to the following counties:
BREVARD -- LAKE -- ORANGE -- OSCEOLA -- POLK -- SEMINOLE -- VOLUSIA
The subscription price for 1, 2 or 3 week periods is $35 per week,
per county for Lis Pendens cases or Sales.
